The 560 series electric unit (ex. SM488.0) was manufactured in 1970-71 at the Studénka wagon factory in a quantity of 17 units (5 train sets), intended for suburban passenger transport on 25kV lines. The front drive cars 560 were supplemented with three standard cars 060 of uniform design. Used by operator ČSD, ČD, and ŽSSK until 2025. 

The model in ČD livery from around 2000-2020 is supplied in a set consisting of a 560 motor car + 060 passenger car (equipped with lighting with an integrated DCC decoder).
