The EU07 series locomotives are four-axle DC electric locomotives, 483 pcs of which were supplied to the Polish railway company PKP by Pafawag and Cegielski between 1965 and 1994. The locomotives were produced in two series – 240 units in 1964 and 243 units in 1983, with minor modifications and differences in appearance. The locomotive is used universally for freight and passenger trains operated by PKP, and later PKP Cargo.
